State of Colorado is seeking a skilled Curriculum Developer/Trainer to design and deliver technical and leadership training for maintenance staff. The role supports statewide programs and collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure training aligns with strategic goals.

Responsibilities include developing curricula, delivering instruction, evaluating training impact, and managing projects within the Learning Management System and SAP-based tools.

Qualifications

• Four years of professional experience in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Organizational Development, Leadership, Human Resources, Management or related field.
• Three years of experience in curriculum development and instructor-led training or on-the-job training with emphasis on technical training.
• A combination of relevant education and experience equal to at least 7 years.
• Experience with SAP or LMS data management and training analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve course content and evaluate training formats.
• Develop curricula to meet new training needs and objectives, including designing, developing and revising course content.
• Deliver training and evaluate effectiveness using measurable outcomes.
• Manage training projects and schedules across the State of Colorado.
• Maintain learning materials and data in the LMS and SAP-based systems.
