Job summary

Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician / Facilities Maintenance to perform general building upkeep across our area Dealerships and Collision Centers in the Delmarva Peninsula. The role offers stability, growth, and leadership potential.

You will handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, replace fixtures, monitor systems, and coordinate with outside vendors. A company vehicle is provided for regional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of building or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks.
• Reliable, dependable, and motivated professional.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance at one or more of our area Dealerships/Collision Centers
• Complete minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
• Repair lighting, switches, outlets, fixtures, and equipment
• Fix leaks, replace faucets, and clear drains
• Perform painting, wall repairs, and door hardware repairs
• Replace HVAC filters, belts, and perform preventative maintenance
• Monitor building systems and identify maintenance needs
• Coordinate and oversee outside vendors when needed
• Travel between dealership locations (company vehicle provided)
