The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the Delaware Beaches and Maryland’s Eastern Shore service team. This full-time role offers hands-on leadership, strong compensation, and a coastal lifestyle with professional growth opportunities.

You will manage daily service operations, coach Advisors and Technicians, and drive CSI and retention while upholding dealership and manufacturer standards. relocation to Delaware or Maryland’s Eastern Shore is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Automotive Service Management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven success in high-volume service operations.
• Solid understanding of dealership systems; DealerTrack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service department operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction, CSI, and retention.
• Coach, train, and develop Advisors and Technicians.
• Manage workflow, productivity, and repair order efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and service metrics.
