Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an accomplished Automotive Service Manager to lead daily service department operations on Maryland's Eastern Shore and Delaware Beaches. You will drive customer satisfaction, coach technicians, manage workflow, and monitor KPIs while earning a competitive salary plus commission in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Automotive Service Management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven success in high-volume service operations.
• Solid understanding of dealership systems; DealerTrack preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Delaware or Maryland's Eastern Shore.

Responsibilities
