Job summary

Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform general building maintenance at our Delaware-area Dealerships and Collision Centers, with duties spanning indoor and outdoor tasks.

You will tackle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs, repair lighting and fixtures, and coordinate with outside vendors when needed.

This role offers stability, growth, a company vehicle for regional travel, and a strong team culture focused on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of building or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance at one or more of our area Dealerships/Collision Centers.
• Complete minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
• Repair lighting, switches, outlets, fixtures, and equipment.
• Fix leaks, replace faucets, and clear drains.
• Perform painting, wall repairs, and door hardware repairs.
• Replace HVAC filters, belts, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Monitor building systems and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate and oversee outside vendors when needed.
• Travel between dealership locations (company vehicle provided).
