The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician / Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team. This role involves hands-on maintenance across multiple regional facilities, indoors and outdoors, with independence and leadership potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of building or facilities maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks

Responsabilités

• Perform general building maintenance at one or more of our area Dealerships/Collision Centers
• Complete minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
• Repair lighting, switches, outlets, fixtures, and equipment
• Fix leaks, replace faucets, and clear drains
• Perform painting, wall repairs, and door hardware repairs
• Replace HVAC filters, belts, and perform preventative maintenance
• Monitor building systems and identify maintenance needs
• Coordinate and oversee outside vendors when needed
• Travel between dealership locations (company vehicle provided)
