Job summary

HERTRICH Family of Dealerships is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to maintain multiple regional facilities across the Delmarva Peninsula. The role offers stability, growth, and leadership potential with indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks.

You will perform general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs, travel between locations using a company vehicle, and contribute to a reliable, well-maintained work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of building or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance at one or more dealership locations and facilities.
• Complete minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
• Repair lighting, switches, outlets, fixtures, and equipment.
• Fix leaks, replace faucets, and clear drains.
• Perform painting, wall repairs, and door hardware repairs.
• Replace HVAC filters, belts, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Monitor building systems and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate and oversee outside vendors when needed.
• Travel between dealership locations (company vehicle provided).
