The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to provide hands-on facilities maintenance across multiple locations. You will handle a range of tasks indoors and outdoors, with travel between sites using a company vehicle.

This role offers stability, growth, and leadership potential within a long-standing family-owned automotive group. A strong maintenance background and reliability are essential for success.

Formación

• 3+ years of building or facilities maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general building maintenance at one or more dealership locations/centers.
• Complete minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
• Repair lighting, switches, outlets, fixtures, and equipment.
• Fix leaks, replace faucets, and clear drains.
• Perform painting, wall repairs, and door hardware repairs.
• Replace HVAC filters, belts, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Monitor building systems and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate and oversee outside vendors when needed.
• Travel between dealership locations (company vehicle provided).

• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks
• Reliable, dependable, and motivated professional
