Job summary

Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to oversee building upkeep at multiple Delmarva-area locations. You will perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs both indoors and outdoors, ensuring safe, efficient facilities.

Join a hands-on team with stability, growth, and leadership potential, and travel between sites using a company vehicle provided. A valid driver’s license and 3+ years of maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of building or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance at one or more dealership/collision centers.
• Complete minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
• Repair lighting, switches, outlets, fixtures, and equipment.
• Fix leaks, replace faucets, and clear drains.
• Perform painting, wall repairs, and door hardware repairs.
• Replace HVAC filters, belts, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Monitor building systems and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate and oversee outside vendors when needed.
• Travel between dealership locations (company vehicle provided).
