Job summary

Cutting Edge Landscape in Nampa, ID is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to supervise a 2–3 person crew on commercial landscape maintenance projects. This year‑round role includes snow support in winter, guiding tasks, ensuring safety, and delivering high-quality results.

You will train crew members, manage job-site paperwork, and help with onboarding. Strong communication and reliable attendance are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of 2–3 team members on job sites.
• Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup tasks.
• Operate trucks, mowers, trimmers, and other landscape tools.
• Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and timely completion.
• Report crew hours, complete daily paperwork, and track materials.
• Train new crew members and support field onboarding.

• Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and timely completion
• Report crew hours, complete daily paperwork, and track materials
• Train new crew members and support field onboarding
• Assist with snow removal during winter season

What You Bring

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
