Amazing Non-Profit Organization in Pasadena is seeking a Housing Facilities Maintenance Coordinator.

• Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Pay: $18.00
• Must have a Valid CA Drivers License (for 2+ years)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with minor facility improvements, including painting, patching, upholstery cleaning, etc.
• Assist with interoffice moves, including relocation of furniture, boxes, and supplies.
• Perform minor repairs such as plumbing, plastering, painting, and electrical as needed at all sites and other assigned areas.
• Assist with collection and distribution of in-kind donations.
• Work one-on-one with vendors to perform walk-throughs and obtain quotes.
• Maintain routine records.
• Respond to requests for emergency clean-up, repairs, or other assistance with a positive service attitude.

Education and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CA Drivers License (for 2+ years).
• Bilingual skills in Spanish/English preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (via company vehicle).
• 1 year experience in Facilities or General Office Support.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to occasionally push/pull up to 75 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds.
