Real Property Management Today seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance operations across our portfolio. You will manage work orders, coordinate with vendors, and lead preventative maintenance programs while ensuring safety, compliance, and timely communication with tenants and managers.

The role requires at least 2 years in maintenance, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with maintenance software such as AppFolio.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in a maintenance role, preferably in property management.
• Willing to train a candidate with the right skill set; organized and detail oriented.

Mansioni

• Receive, prioritize, and assign maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors; obtain quotes.
• Develop and oversee a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Serve as the primary contact between tenants, managers, and staff.
• Monitor inventory for maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities and budgets.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and rapid response.
• Provide training and support to maintenance staff.
• Maintain records of work orders, invoices, and inventory.
