Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance operations across our property management portfolio. You will manage work orders, schedule tasks, and coordinate with property managers, technicians, and external vendors to ensure timely completion.

A high school diploma is required; 2+ years in maintenance or property management is preferred. Proficiency with AppFolio, strong organization, and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using maintenance software (AppFolio) and basic maintenance concepts.
• Detail oriented with reliable, timely follow-up and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and assign maintenance work orders and track progress.
• Schedule and coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services.
• Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance schedule.
• Serve as primary contact between tenants, managers, and maintenance staff.
• Monitor inventory and place orders to ensure availability of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Prepare regular maintenance activity and budget reports.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and provide rapid response.
• Provide training and support to maintenance staff.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, invoices, and inventories.
