Job summary

Vista Property Management, Inc in Villa Park, IL is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to keep communities running smoothly. You will respond to homeowner inquiries, coordinate with contractors, and manage maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of related experience, an associate’s degree or equivalent, strong communication and math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year of related experience.
• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and present information to managers and the public.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to homeowner maintenance inquiries by phone, email, and web portal.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to schedule routine maintenance and resident appointments.
• Review, follow up on, and complete maintenance work orders daily.
• Assist CAMs with contract assignments, vendor coordination, and Board-approved work.
• Maintain accurate portfolio records including maintenance alerts and vendor contacts.
• Prepare and distribute homeowner maintenance notifications and related correspondence.
• Provide timely support for homeowner maintenance concerns, including after-hours calls.
