Job summary

Novo is seeking an organized Maintenance Coordinator to support a 223-unit apartment portfolio. You will ensure every work order is assigned, followed up on, and closed out, while keeping residents informed throughout.

Responsibilities include managing work orders in Yardi, coordinating with maintenance staff and vendors, and maintaining clear communications with residents and management. Must be able to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ET, and complete a background check; bilingual in

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance coordinator.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage a high volume of open requests.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Work order management: monitor incoming work orders in Yardi, assign to team or vendor, and track to completion.
• Close-out: confirm work is complete and close out work orders on time.
• Resident follow-up: follow up with residents on the status of their requests and confirm issues resolved.
• Materials: order materials and supplies when needed to complete repairs.
• Coordination: keep on-site team and management updated on open items, priorities, and delays.
