Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Vienna, VA is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead facilities and housekeeping operations across the community, ensuring a safe, clean and well‑maintained environment for residents, families and team members.

You will oversee daily maintenance, respond to requests and emergencies, maintain HVAC and life-safety systems, manage vendors and logs, and train staff to uphold OSHA standards while supporting move‑ins and turnover.

• Manage vendors, supplies and maintenance logs
