You will oversee daily maintenance across the community and respond to requests and emergencies promptly.

The role involves managing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety systems, and documenting preventative maintenance while supporting move-ins and turnover.

• Experience supervising maintenance and housekeeping operations.
• Ability to manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life safety systems.
• Strong documentation and budget/expense awareness.
