Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead facilities and housekeeping operations across our community. You will ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, families and team members.

You will maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, respond to requests and emergencies, manage vendors and logs, and support budget and safety standards to uphold high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Manage vendors and maintenance logs.
• Commitment to safety, OSHA standards and documentation.
• Support move-ins, turnovers and room readiness as needed.
• Contribute to departmental budgeting and efficiency.

• Manage vendors, supplies and maintenance logs.
• Train team members on safety procedures and operational standards.
• Support department budget and overall operational efficiency.

Pay Range: 29.25 - 39.05

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
