Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead facilities and housekeeping operations at Sunrise of Long Beach. You’ll ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, families and team members.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily maintenance, responding to emergencies, maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and managing vendors, logs and safety programs while supporting budgeting and resident move-ins.
