Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Virginia to lead facilities and housekeeping, ensuring a safe, clean, well-maintained environment for residents, families and team members.

You will oversee daily maintenance, respond to requests and emergencies, maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life safety systems, and manage budgets and vendors while training staff on safety standards.

• Support resident move-ins, room readiness and turnover processes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety and risk management standards.
• Maintain life safety systems, alarms and fire protection equipment.
• Manage vendors, supplies and maintenance logs.
• Train team members on safety procedures and operational standards.
• Support department budget, expenses and operational efficiency.

Pay Range:

26.60 - 35.50
