Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead facilities and housekeeping operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff. The role covers daily maintenance, safety compliance, vendor management, and budget support within a senior living community.

• Respond to maintenance requests and building emergencies promptly.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and strong first impressions across all areas.
• Support resident move-ins, room readiness and turnover processes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety and risk management standards.
• Maintain life safety systems, alarms and fire protection equipment.
• Manage vendors, supplies and maintenance logs.
• Train team members on safety procedures and operational standards.
• Support department budget, expenses and operational efficiency.

Pay Range:

26.60 - 35.50
