Sunrise Senior Living in Severna Park, MD is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead facilities and housekeeping operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, families and team members.

You will oversee daily maintenance, respond to requests, maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, and support move-ins and safety compliance while coordinating vendors and budgets.

Pay Range:

26.55 - 35.40
