Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Hermosa Beach, CA. You will perform maintenance tasks, basic repairs, painting, and refurbishing projects to keep the community safe and well-functioning for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inventory management, and assisting with project work while ensuring OSHA and safety standards are followed. Local travel and driving duties may be required as assigned.

• Assist with painting and refurbishing projects
• Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
• Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory
• Support carpet and floor care as needed
• Assist with suite "make-ready" preparation
• Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards
• Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills
• Drive community vehicle as assigned

Pay Range:

20.00 - 25.05
