Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Controls Technician to support production machines, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and provide feedback to the Maintenance Supervisor. The role emphasizes hands-on electrical diagnostics, PLC navigation, and accurate documentation of set-points and repair activity.

The position requires 2+ years in a related role, an associate degree, and the ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift licenses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a closely related role is required.
• Associate's degree in a technical field is strongly preferred.
• Forklift and aerial lift licenses required.
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to implement controls changes (wiring, programming, or part changes).
• Observe equipment to identify hazards and service needs.
• Document set-points and parameters accurately.
• Use digital multimeter and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
• Maintain PM records and repairs in the EAM system.
