Job summary

Erdrich USA, Inc. in Dublin, GA seeks a Maintenance Controls Engineer to support and improve automated manufacturing operations.

The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production equipment, automation systems, PLC controls, and facility electrical systems to maximize uptime, efficiency, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include Siemens S7 PLC troubleshooting, electrical modifications, preventive maintenance, and CIP projects, with SAP documentation and mentoring

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required.
Preferred: Industrial Automation or Controls Engineering training.
3+ years of maintenance engineering in manufacturing and experience with industrial automation systems.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and electrical systems.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
Troubleshoot Siemens S7 PLC control systems and modify basic PLC programs.
Read electrical schematics and interpret wiring diagrams, perform modifications.
Coordinate maintenance with outside vendors and manage inventories.
