Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center (BMNTC) is accepting applications for a Maintenance/Construction Technician II.

Included in the scope of work are a 224,000 square foot main structure, nine 1,500 square foot cottages, 1,080 interior doors, and 20 +/- acres of grounds.

Flexibility is required for training/education purposes and to meet the needs of the facility.

The health and physical status of these residents require 24-hour supervision, daily nursing care, and assistance with activities of daily living.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

• High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one (1) year of progressive experience in the assigned trade areas; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
