Job summary
Novo Nordisk is seeking a Maintenance/Process Engineer to support development of equipment and processes in the FFEx area. You will lead projects to improve production lines and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include mentoring technicians, implementing new equipment, and collaborating across global teams to strengthen the aseptic filling and finished product capabilities. Competitive benefits accompany this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years engineering experience in maintenance, design, or process improvement.
- Lean 1-Star knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of Instrument & Electrical, Mechanical, and PLC systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support technical development of Maintenance Technicians.
- Support development of new production equipment and processes.
- Lead projects to improve or enhance the production line upon installation.
- Support event response activities and maintain standards for procedures and maintenance plans.
- Support DFP global collaboration initiatives.
