Job summary

ADM is seeking a maintenance technician for 2nd or 3rd shift in Camp Hill, PA. The role includes electrical systems emphasis, preventive maintenance, and on-call cycles to support continuous operations. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience and be willing to learn welding.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining machinery, running conduit, troubleshooting breakers, drives and relays, reading blueprints, and adhering to GMP and HACCP policies. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in instrumentation/maintenance in industrial or commercial setting.
• Able to run conduit, troubleshoot, replace breakers, drives and relays, read blueprints.
• Strong communication and safety compliance with GMP/HACCP awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance following the schedule.
• Install and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Operate hoists, lift trucks, Bobcat, telehandler and power tools.
• Respond to maintenance needs on 2nd/3rd shift and on-call cycles.

Job DescriptionMaintenance - Camp Hill, PAPosition will be 2nd shift (1pm until 11pm Monday to Thursday 4 -10's) or 3rd shift (10pm until 7:00am Sunday night to Friday mornings 5 - 9's) and will start early or stay late for maintenance repair days. On call for 1 week Monday morning to Monday morning then off call for 6 weeks when fully staffed.

• Microsoft office, Maximo or CMMS experience
• 2 years instrumentation experience and/or equivalent degree or schooling (industrial or commercial setting); able to run conduit, troubleshoot, replace breakers, drives, relays, and read blue prints
• Electromechanical - Trouble shooting
• Packer / Palletizer troubleshooting
• Preform Preventive Maintenance / Follow Maintenance Schedule
• Install and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Operate hoists, lift trucks, bobcat, telehandler, hand tools and power tools.
• Snow Removal and Salting
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical safety devices (breakers, fuses, etc.) and how to replace them.
• Know how to replace motors and bearings.
• Demonstrated safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures
• Welding is a plus not necessary but should be willing to learn.
• Excellent communication & organizational skills; able to collaborate with colleagues and management teams to complete assignments in a timely manner and a positive attitude.
• Willing to improve technical skills through on-the-job and/or outside training.
• Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture by being an active participant in safety programs
• Understand and follow company safety procedures
• Watch for and report all safety issues
• Follow all GMP and HACCP policies

We are looking for a maintenance tech that can do a little bit of everything and has experience but a stronger knowledge of electrical systems and components.3 to 5 years' experience is preferred.
