Job summary

VetJobs is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Camp Hill, PA for 2nd shift (1pm–11pm, Mon–Thu) or 3rd shift (10pm–7am, Sun–Fri). Start times vary with maintenance repairs; on-call 1 week on, then off 6 weeks when fully staffed.

Base pay starts at $32/hr with potential overtime and a structured schedule. Qualified candidates have a High School/GED, 2 years instrumentation or equivalent, and CMMS/Maximo plus MS Office experience.

Our organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for their open roles. Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is "On-Site" at the location detailed in the job post.

Location and Shift Details

Maintenance – Camp Hill, PA

Position will be 2nd shift (1pm until 11pm Monday to Thursday 4 -10’s) or 3rd shift (10pm until 7:00am Sunday night to Friday mornings 5 – 9’s) and will start early or stay late for maintenance repair days.

On call for 1 week Monday morning to Monday morning then off call for 6 weeks when fully staffed.

Required Skills and Responsibilities

• Microsoft office, Maximo or CMMS experience
• 2 years instrumentation experience and/or equivalent degree or schooling (industrial or commercial setting); able to run conduit, troubleshoot, replace breakers, drives, relays, and read blue prints
• Electromechanical - Trouble shooting
• Packer / Palletizer troubleshooting
• Preform Preventive Maintenance / Follow Maintenance Schedule
• Install and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Operate hoists, lift trucks, bobcat, telehandler, hand tools and power tools.
• Snow Removal and Salting
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical safety devices (breakers, fuses, etc.) and how to replace them.
• Know how to replace motors and bearings.
• Demonstrated safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures
• Welding is a plus not necessary but should be willing to learn.
• Excellent communication & organizational skills; able to collaborate with colleagues and management teams to complete assignments in a timely manner and a positive attitude.
• Willing to improve technical skills through on-the-job and/or outside training.
• Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture by being an active participant in safety programs

Minimum Education Required

Additional Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a maintenance tech that can do a little bit of everything and has experience but a stronger knowledge of electrical systems and components.

3 To 5 Years’ Experience Is Preferred.

ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.

Compensation and Employment Details

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
