Responsibilities include performing repairs, routine upkeep, snow removal, and coordinating with leadership to maintain the building's safety and reliability; candidates should have a valid driver's license and be available for on-call emergencies.

• Available for on-call emergency repairs.

• Clean, strip, wax, and buff floors.
• Assure prompt snow and ice removal.
• Help maintain the physical plant in proper order.

• Pluming and routine preventative care of heating and air conditioning systems
• Requires the ability to receive verbal and written direction
• Requires the ability to be available for “on-call” emergency repairs
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
