The Shores, a UMC community in Ocean City, NJ, is hiring a Maintenance Associate II to perform general building maintenance and repair tasks. This full-time role offers a wage of $17.49-$18.65 per hour based on experience and a standard daytime schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and repair projects.
• Respond to and complete maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Support preventative maintenance programs to help ensure equipment and building systems remain in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection logs, and preventative maintenance documentation.
