Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- At least 2+ years of experience in carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and repair projects.
- Respond to and complete maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Support preventative maintenance programs to help ensure equipment and building systems remain in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection logs, and preventative maintenance documentation.
