Job Summary

This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Club’s property, including general facility maintenance, repair of buildings, construction projects, and equipment. The Maintenance Associate will respond to requests and concerns and identify unsafe and hazardous conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Inspect all properties daily to ensure building operations meet the Club’s standards and procedures.
2. Perform regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.
3. Collaborate with the Facilities Manager daily.
4. Have HVAC experience.
5. Perform other duties as required.
6. Possess knowledge of general construction trades, mechanical repair, and maintenance.
