About The Community

This community provides a lakeside mountain oasis. It offers hundreds of acres of parks and open spaces, including lakes for boating and fishing, residents' clubs, hiking trails, and courts for basketball, volleyball, and tennis. It is also home to a championship golf course.

Role Overview

Our Maintenance Associate is responsible for a wide range of routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of our facilities and buildings. This includes garbage and waste disposal, and performing event and room setups and breakdowns. This role is essential in maintaining our beautiful community and providing a safe environment for all.

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance tasks of all skill levels, from basic repairs to complex issues, including:
  • Lighting checks, cleaning light lenses, replacing bulbs and ballasts
  • Maintaining and repairing doors and locks
  • Caulking, prep work, and painting
  • Minor carpentry, construction, electrical, appliance, and furniture repairs
  • Plumbing repairs, such as fixing or replacing faucets and fixtures
  • Maintaining access gates, storage closets, doors, and locks
  • Cleaning around the pool, dumpsters, and common areas
Qualifications
  • Experience in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or related fields preferred. Ability to use ladders and lifts.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated, observant, detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Effective communication skills, dependability, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
  • Must pass background checks, physical, and drug screening.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
Physical and Other Requirements
  • Mobility to walk long distances in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds occasionally.
  • Capacity to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity for operating technology.
  • Ability to operate a vehicle safely, with periodic review of driving record.
