Job Description

The Maintenance Exterior Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of the property's exterior areas. Tasks include landscaping, minor repairs, and ensuring outdoor spaces are well-maintained and inviting for guests and staff.

Essential Duties

• Maintain grounds, exterior building, and parking lots in a clean and neat condition under supervision.
• Operate equipment safely, including power washers, blowers, and sweepers.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Wash maintenance vehicles and assist landscapers as needed.
• Assist in setting up events (tables, chairs, etc.).
• Maintain parking lots (trash pickup, oil spill cleanup).
• Assist in recycling and material collection from various locations.
• Support exterior projects for Tribal enterprises as directed.

Physical Requirements

• Lift over 50 pounds, push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including background check).
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Must be 21 or older.

Minimum Qualifications

One (1) year of experience in a landscaping environment.
