The Environmental Guest Associate is responsible for providing, maintaining, and performing day-to-day activities within the Environment Services Department. Key duties include maintaining a clean, comfortable, safe, and sanitary environment, along with light maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and disinfecting of all areas according to department policies, procedures, and schedules.
• Conduct isolation cleaning procedures following infection control protocols, coordinating with nursing services for routine or terminal isolation procedures.
• Use proper techniques when mixing chemicals, disinfectants, and solutions, referring to manufacturer instructions as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of six (6) months of previous experience in Environmental Services or at least one (1) year of customer service experience required.
