Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview

The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor manages the maintenance of the assigned property, overseeing equipment, machinery, and inventory. They coordinate with outside contractors and supervise technicians.

Responsibilities

1. Manage daily property operations
2. Supervise maintenance staff, including scheduling and performance reviews
3. Oversee preventative maintenance and apartment turnovers
4. Assist in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems
5. Respond promptly to resident maintenance issues and escalate as needed
