Job summary

Azria Health Clarinda is seeking a Maintenance Assistant/Transportation team member to help keep our facility in top condition. Hours split between maintenance tasks and resident transportation, contributing to a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

A chauffer's endorsement and a clean driving record are required. We value teamwork, initiative, and a proactive approach to repairs, drywall and remodel work, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• Previous building maintenance experience of 2 years or more.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Some electrical, plumbing, concrete and general carpentry experience.
• Shows initiative in daily work.
• Drywall and remodel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all physical assets of the facility.
• Perform regular general service and repair.
• Take initiative to go above and beyond to maintain an extraordinarily facility.

We currently have openings for a Maintenance Assistant/Transportation. The successful qualified candidate will be part of an incredible team that helps to ensure the building structure and appearance is of the highest standard.

Hours will be split between maintenance and transportation. Must obtain a chauffer's endorsement and have a clean driving record.
