Job summary

Azria Health Olathe is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join a dedicated team that keeps the facility safe, functional, and welcoming for residents. You will perform general service and repair, collaborate with staff, and help maintain the building's appearance to the highest standards.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of building maintenance experience, be able to lift up to 75 lbs, and possess skills in electrical, plumbing, concrete, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of building maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, concrete and general carpentry.
• Shows initiative and reliability in daily work.
• Drywall and remodel experience preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work as a motivated team member to guarantee the exceptional in maintaining all physical assets of the facility
• Perform regular general service and repair
• Take the initiative to go above and beyond to maintain an extraordinarily facility

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills:

• Previous building maintenance experience of 2 years or more
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Some electrical, plumbing, concrete and general carpentry experience

• Drywall and remodel experience perfered
