Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician in Texas. The role operates Sunday–Thursday from 9am to 5:30pm, with a starting pay of $20 per hour.

You’ll paint interiors, handle handyman tasks, and perform basic emergency repairs to maintain comfortable homes for residents. Qualifications

• Previous painting and handyman/maintenance experience.
• Experience with apartment turns or residential maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, plumbing, and minor repairs.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Preparing apartments for new residents.
• Interior painting, touch-ups, patching, and minor repairs.
• Completing general handyman projects throughout the community.
• Assisting with preventative maintenance and work orders.
• Supporting the Maintenance Director with daily maintenance tasks.
• Keeping tools, supplies, and maintenance areas organized.
