Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years trade-related experience with at least 2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of building maintenance.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
• Proficient with business software to manage work orders and communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and coordinating activities of a service team to ensure upkeep, inventory and repairs of grounds and buildings are completed efficiently.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related areas; supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Schedule turns and directly supervise all work; share on-call responsibilities with team members.
• Maintain high service standards that drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.
