Qualifications

• At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) is required.
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience is necessary.
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community.

Skills

EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)

Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience

Strong customer service mindset

3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience

Reliable transportation

Comfortable using computers and mobile devices

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Experience using hand and power tools
