Job summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for the Grand Prairie, TX area. You will lead a service team to maintain apartment grounds and buildings, diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and coordinate in-house and vendor work while sharing on-call duties.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of trade experience with 1 year in a supervisory role and EPA/CFC certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of trade-related experience with at least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead or supervisory roles.
• Strong working knowledge of building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I & II or Universal).
• Proficient with work-order software, scheduling, and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities of a service team to maintain the property efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; participate in on-call rotation.
