Job summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to manage and coordinate a service team in the Mansfield/Grand Prairie area. You will supervise maintenance duties, schedule in-house and vendor work, and share on-call responsibilities to keep properties well-maintained and rental-ready.

Four years of trade experience with at least one year in a lead or supervisory role are required. EPA/CFC refrigerant certification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years trade-related experience with at least 1 year of hands-on apartment maintenance lead or supervisory experience.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal).

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities of a service team to ensure upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and building facilities.
• Schedule and supervise all in-house and vendor work, and share on-call rotation with team members.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliances.
