Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for Collection at Gruene in New Braunfels, TX. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and keeps buildings and amenities in good repair to meet resident and staff needs.

The candidate should have at least one year of maintenance experience in property management or related field, possess basic tools, and be reachable for on-call duties. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• One year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• Ability to be available on-call 24 hours, seven days a week.
• Valid Driver’s License and basic tools required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure grounds, buildings and units are functional, safe and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions outside normal business hours.
• Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
