Job summary

EMBREY in Boerne, TX, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage the maintenance team and improve occupancy outcomes through proactive property care.

You will lead, train and retain staff, coordinate work orders, budgeting, contracts and inspections to keep the property aligned with standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property maintenance management.
• Minimum three years in a supervisor/manager role.
• HVAC certification and pool certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance within the maintenance team.
• Improve processes and drive workflow efficiencies.
• Troubleshoot and implement cost-saving improvements.
• Lead and train maintenance staff and retain quality employees.
• Review and delegate work orders to appropriate groups.
• Maintain monthly and yearly budget overages.
• Coordinate scheduling, vendor contracts and inspections.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will contribute to increasing retention rates and occupancy percentages by maintaining and improving the physical property.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Property Maintenance
• Three years’ experience as a Manager/Supervisor
• HVAC certified
• Pool certification
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

Required Testing

• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
