Responsibilities

• Oversee community safety program under Maintenance Director.
• Maintain preventative maintenance for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Complete all maintenance requests, scheduled and emergency.
• Perform exterior maintenance duties as needed.
• Participate in fire and disaster drill activities with residents and staff.
