Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in HVAC systems and/or electrical is required.
• Prior senior living experience is desired.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the community safety program and maintain a secure environment under the Maintenance Director.
• Sustain a preventative maintenance program for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Complete maintenance requests, both scheduled and emergency, quickly and efficiently.
• Perform exterior maintenance duties.
• Perform fire and disaster drill activities with residents and team members.
• Engage with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, reflecting the values of love, compassion, and dignity.
