Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for Park Creek Place of North Wales, PA. The role supports daily upkeep of the community and responds to work orders.

Work hours are 8 AM to 4 PM, with end-of-week requirements; the position is full-time and based on-site. The successful candidate will perform routine maintenance tasks, with opportunities to learn plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; some mechanical and electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions for maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and complete work orders at Park Creek Place of North Wales.
• Prepare apartments for move-in by performing necessary repairs.

In this role you will ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building through routine procedures and special work orders.

• Complete work orders around the community.
• Perform work and repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-in’s.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
• Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.
• Hourly Rate: $21.00.
• • No experience is necessary, although general mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred.
