Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation in Webster, NY is seeking a maintenance-focused individual to keep our community in excellent condition. The role involves fulfilling work orders, preparing apartments for new residents, and managing supplies, with a hands-on approach to repairs and upkeep.

• Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.

In this role you will ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building through routine procedures and special work orders.

Salary: $23 - $25 per hour
